Dear Volunteer Co-ordinator,

For Volunteers Week this year (1st - 7th June), we will be holding a Volunteer Awards Ceremony.

As Volunteers Week is generally quite busy for everyone, we have decided to hold this event on Thursday 11th June 2009 from 11.00am to 2.00pm.

You are invited to nominate volunteers to receive an award certificate and attend the event.

Lunch and refreshments will be served on the day and certificates will be awarded by the Mayor in office.

Please note that due to limited places you will need to send your nominations as soon as possible, ideally not more than 5 nominations per organisation.

Please send names of nominees to vsp@volunteerhounslow.org.uk or call 020 8570 5083. Invitations will be forwarded to organisations to distribute to nominees nearer the time.

Attendance at this event is by invitation only.
